Eggs: 

Hatching Egg Agreement
Eggs are a gamble. Many factors can affect hatching rate, transport, handling, and incubating. Once they leave our hands, it is out of our control. Please perform research and educate yourself prior to purchasing and hatching eggs for the best experience. 
Coffin Creek Homestead, LLC will only sell the freshest eggs available. We test hatch weekly to confirm fertility, however we can’t guarantee that the eggs will develop as there are too many factors. We will send extra in an attempt to make up for any infertile eggs. Please understand that anything can happen to eggs, and we are not responsible for your hatch rate.  

Chicks:
All chicks will be sold as straight run (unsexed). We do not do DNA samples at this time but can provide information upon request for you to complete once chicks are in your care. 

Adults:
We rarely will sell laying hens and if we do have any available, we will post on our page. Price will depend on quality.

Pricing: 
0-2 weeks- $10
1+= $15-20
2+=$25-30
3+=$35-40
4+=$45-50
5+=$55-60
6+= depending on gender and quality. ($75+)

We offer shipping for eggs & silkies at additional cost. 

We will not hold eggs or birds without a deposit. Full payment will be due prior to pick up.

We work hard taking care of our chickens and growing our flock. We breed to Standard of Perfection (SOP); however, this does not mean genetic or other abnormalities are not possible. We ensure that all of our birds are healthy to the best of our knowledge. Our bloodlines come from different breeders across the country.

We do not offer any returns, refunds, or replacements.

For biosecurity reasons and because our Homestead is also our home, please do not show up unannounced.  A date and time will be arranged. 

Lastly, contacting us- we do our best to answer as fast as we can. Please keep in mind that we work full-time jobs as well as care for our Homestead. We respect your time and ask for you to respect ours. We will not tolerate ghosting, drama and negativity.
